Services

What I do

Three things. I build the website, I manage it and keep it running, and I get your Google listing claimed and filled out so people can find you on Maps. One monthly price covers it.

One

Web design

Three to five pages that say who you are, what you do, where you are, and how to reach you. Built to load fast on a phone, because that's where nearly everybody is going to see it.

You send me a few photos, your hours, and your list of services. I write the rest and show you a draft. Two rounds of changes are included, and I'm not going to make you sit through a slideshow about fonts.

When something needs to change later, you call or text and I change it. You never log into anything.

What's in it

  • Three to five pages, written for you
  • Phone number at the top, one tap to call
  • Hours, address, and a map that works
  • Photo gallery of your work
  • A contact form that reaches your inbox
  • Content changes when you need them

Two

Website management

The site has to stay up, the certificate has to stay valid, and the domain has to get renewed. That's all mine to worry about. You will never think about any of it, which is the point.

The part most people don't think to ask about: I watch whether your contact form is actually delivering. A form that quietly stopped working is how a business loses leads for three weeks without noticing. If it breaks, I know before you do.

The domain goes in your name with you as the owner. If you ever leave, you take it with you and I help you move it.

What's in it

  • Your domain, registered in your name and renewed on time
  • The site kept online, fast, and secure
  • Backups and certificate renewals handled
  • Email at your business name, forwarded to your inbox
  • Spam filtering on the contact form
  • Delivery watched, so a broken form doesn't sit broken

Three

Google business registration

When somebody searches for a plumber in Muskogee, what comes up first is the map. If your listing is missing, unclaimed, or has the hours from four years ago on it, you're not in that map.

I claim it, verify it, put you in the right categories, write the description, load your photos, and set your hours and service area. Then I keep it current as your hours, photos, and details change.

What I won't do is promise you'll come up first. Nobody can promise that, and anybody who does is selling you something. What I can do is make sure everything that's actually in anybody's control is done right.

Verification sometimes takes a few days, and Google occasionally mails a postcard to your address. I'll tell you which one you're in for.

What's in it

  • Listing claimed and verified
  • Categories, description, and service area set properly
  • Photos and hours kept current
  • Regular posts so the listing stays active
  • Name, address, and phone matching everywhere

What it costs

Two options. No packages with silly names.

Standard

$100 / month
  • Three to five page website
  • Your domain, registered in your name
  • Website management, security, and renewals
  • Contact form delivered to your inbox
  • Email forwarding at your business name
  • Content changes when you need them
Includes Google

Standard plus Google

$150 / month
  • Everything in Standard
  • Google listing claimed, verified, and filled out
  • Photos and hours kept current
  • Regular posts so the listing stays active
  • Name, address, and phone matching everywhere
  • A more generous allowance on changes

Setup

A one-time build fee of $600 to $900, depending on how many pages you need and how much I'm starting from scratch. I'll quote it before I start and it won't change.

Pay yearly and save

Pay twelve months up front and get two of them free. $1,000 a year on Standard, $1,500 on Standard plus Google.

If you need it

A few other things

Google listing setup, one time

$250. Good option if you don't want a monthly but your Maps listing is a mess. Claimed, verified, and filled out properly, and then it's yours.

Lost domain research

$150 flat. You own a domain and can't get to it. I look up who holds it, when it expires, and whether it's recoverable, then give you a written answer either way.

Extra pages

$100 each. If five pages isn't enough room for everything you do.

Real email inboxes

At cost plus a small handling fee, if forwarding to your regular inbox isn't enough for how you work.

Not sure which one you need?

Call or text and I'll tell you straight. If you'd rather meet, I'll come to your shop.
